Bhagavad Gita and Transpersonal Coaching for People and Organizations in Transition
The Bhagavad Gita presents the divine dialogue between the manifestation of the Divine (Krishna) and the Human (Arjuna) in the middle of a battlefield. The symbolism of battlefield taps in to the wars of the mind and the avenues to expand our consciousness. The symbolism of the Divine and Human is a representation of the polarity that the planet currently experiences – over leveraged human in service of capitalistic aspirations to the neglect of the attention to consciousness. Transpersonal Coaching critically addresses the movement of the ego from perceived human challenges to spiritual solutions. The Gita speaks through its ancient lens continues to be a contemporary text and guide to accessing higher order avenues of transformation and consciousness as we work through real life challenges. Organizations provide a collective ecosystem where Gita based transpersonal coaching offers transpersonal insights be helpful to clients when they come to coaching in order to navigate issues on the personal or interpersonal level.
The invitation is to explore the Gita from the transpersonal lens of coaching in organizations for enhanced consciousness of the individual and collective.
