Co-operating with God

I was brought up in a Christian culture, and I don’t consider myself a Christian. I was told that God likes this and dislikes that, and I have no idea who or what God is. They taught me that God is a man, and I’ve always found this profoundly hilarious.

Not knowing what God is, I have learnt to live with this presence in my daily work as a therapist and in my private daily events. With God, situations become easy and effortless, without God they are not seldom complicated. There is one thing you have to keep in mind when dealing with God: you must definitely stay out and learn not to interfere.

In this workshop, we will experiment with not interfering – the most difficult thing for a person, because she or he always believes to be the only one who can manage life. To get beyond (trans) the person in your daily business you have to allow slightly different states of consciousness when you deal with the necessities of the day.

We shall see how far we can get together.
